Biofuels Processing Technicians

Biofuels Processing Technicians run and monitor the high-tech equipment that turns plants, used cooking oil, or other organic materials into cleaner fuels for cars, trucks, and power plants. They measure and mix ingredients in large tanks, operate pumps, valves, and centrifuges, and track data from flow meters and sensors to keep the production process safe, efficient, and on-spec. They also perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems so the plant stays reliable and meets strict environmental and safety standards.
